Since this is about statistics and optional downloads, I didn't want to go overboard with ratings and comments. However, I did add a star for what I thought were the best games. A silver star is a ~9/10 game, and a gold star is a 10/10 game. |

The title of the games are sorted almost alphabetically, except where it would make more sense to group sequels together. I also took the liberty of inserting numbers for certain titles, even though the number might not be part of the game name. |

Whenever there are screenshots to be downloaded, two screenshot icons will be available here. Click one of them to enter a page where you can see a preview of six medium sized screenshots, and also download all the screenshots as a ZIP archive. Yes, a ZIP archive, and not a whole bunch of thumbnails that take a long time to download from the internet. This is much more practical, I'm sure you agree. All screenshots were taken by myself while playing the games, and most of them have been brightened with additional gamma as to not appear too dark. |

This, together with the duration column, offers unique information I have yet to see elsewhere on the internet. It shows the save game system used by the game. As I tend to frustrate easily, the save game system used is extremely important to me. Luckily, as you can see down the list, most of the games use SA for Save Anywhere, which I personally believe should always be available. Other abbreviations are: LS for Limited Saves (a limited number of saves during the level but which can be triggered whenever you like), SP for Save Points (checkpoint saves throughout the level), MS for Mission Saves (only saves between levels) and AS for Auto Saves (automatically saves here and there for you). So if you're worried about the save system for a game you are thinking about playing, you now know where to take a look. |

The difficulty goes from 1 to 5 with 5 being hardest. Those that are rated hardest may not always be hard in general all the way through. In some situations, the game my have been fair in e.g. the first 80%, then the difficulty level goes through the roof in the last part. Sometimes the game really was a slightly easier game in general, but a few spots in the game was so hard that they warranted a hardest rating. In my little world, 3 is the best difficulty rating. |

This unique column contains my verdict of the length of the game; the duration. This, together with the save type column, are the main reasons why I put up this web site in the first place, as I haven't seen such information elsewhere on the internet. The duration goes from 1 to 10 and is more or less logarithmic, i.e. 1 is extremely short (think Minesweeper) and 10 is infinite (think MMORPG). In this system, 5 is a medium length, so an FPS that is 6 in length is quite long for such a game. Needless to say, the durations are of course biased and might sometimes be affected by several factors such as the mood, time and difficulty of the game. I have absolutely no doubt that you will disagree with some of the durations, but at least the column should serve as a hint of how long a game you're about to embark upon really is. However, I have tried to be as fair as possible when determining the length of a game. |

Whenever there are save games to be downloaded, a floppy disks icon will be available here. Click it to download the save games as a ZIP archive. All save games are the product of my own, personal completion of the games, and usually also includes configuration files. Some archives also contain a Readme.txt file with detailed information about the progress. |
